We acknowledge receiving information describing the services to which we have subscribed and current price schedules. We further acknowledge that there are no promises, warranties, representations or agreements regarding our membership in said corporations other than those referred to here and in referenced materials. We also understand that there are no refunds, including fees for unused services.

We understand that certain services may require service related contracts. CMA may, in cases of non-payment, send the account to collection, report our payment history to business credit reporting agencies and/or cancel this agreement at any time.
